The main goal of our Transitional Housing Program is to provide supportive services to each client with the end goal being to obtain permanent housing and self-sufficiency.
We have two transitional housing units for individual males and females. The units are shared coed living. Each person pays a reduced fee for rent based on their income and and is required to meet with a case manager weekly. These meetings help us to assist each person with their personal goals and give us the opportunity to assess each person on an individual basis.
